Network issue at data centre

There has been some network related issues this morning affecting services to a couple of our servers, homer & springfield. 

Most are now restored but please bear with us while we isolate the issue and return to normal service.

BT connectivity issues

Dear customer

If you connect to the internet through BT you may be experiencing connectivity issues to various internet services. You may find that you cannot connect to your email or website provided by us due to this issue.

This is a BT issue with they are aware of and are resolving it. Please contact BT for more information.

Network issue RESOLVED

Bart server is now back online and we are running various checks to ensure all is ok.

There is currently a hardware issue that is causing our bart server to be unavailable at the moment.  We have technicians working on this issue and are hoping to have this restored within the next 30 minutes.

Lenny server issue

Dear customer

Our server, Lenny, is currently down due to being rebooted. It is currently performing some self checks to ensure the integrity of the server's data.

We anticipate the server being back up within an hour and apologise for any inconvenience in the meantime.
